Aspira is currently in private testing. Contact support@aspira.community for product support or privacy questions. Automatic Garmin syncing is planned and is not currently active.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice covers Aspira’s public information website and the Aspira application currently in private testing. You can contact Aspira at support@aspira.community.
2. The information website
This information website does not provide account registration, a mailing-list form, advertising, or embedded third-party analytics. It does not request fitness records, location access, or Garmin credentials. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Following the tester sign-in link takes you to the separately hosted Aspira application. It has its own sign-in process, account records, storage, and access controls.
3. Information in the private test app
Depending on the features you use, Aspira processes account and profile information; workout, learning, and practice logs; exercise details such as sets, repetitions and weight; endurance distance, duration, pace and imported activity summaries; progression and qualification records; optional photos or accomplishment evidence; and social actions such as follows, posts, reactions, reports, and notification state.
You choose what you enter or upload. Avoid including unrelated personal information in workout notes, photos, or evidence.
4. Location and imported activities
Foreground GPS recording requests permission before accessing location. The current recorder keeps an account-scoped device draft during recording. Activity-save validation may receive recorded coordinates or imported file content, while current saved activities retain summary information rather than a route history. Manual GPX/TCX imports may include coordinates and timestamps. Importing a file is your choice.
Automatic Garmin account syncing is planned and is not currently connected. If it is introduced, the connection, data requested, providers involved, retention, and disconnect controls will be documented before use. This notice does not authorize a future integration or a transfer of Garmin data.
5. Why information is used
Aspira uses app information to operate accounts; record and display personal progress; calculate progression; support challenges, achievements, and qualifications; provide optional social features and photos; prevent duplicate saves; handle support and reports; and maintain security and reliability.
6. Sharing and visibility
Saving an activity does not automatically create a social post. You can explicitly choose an activity audience, and profile privacy and access restrictions also affect visibility. Workout photos follow their associated activity’s access rules. Notes, routes, and evidence are not included in the workout-sharing summary. Public in-app activity sharing is intended for eligible signed-in users; it is separate from this public information site.
Other users may retain copies of information you choose to share with them. Review the audience before posting and avoid sharing sensitive details you do not want others to see.
7. Hosting and service providers
The private app is built and hosted on Base44, which provides services including authentication, backend processing, databases, and file storage. This information website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. These providers process information needed to provide their services under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
AI-assisted development is used to build the product. That is distinct from a deployed feature that sends users’ fitness records to an AI service. Any future analytics, AI processing of fitness data, or device-data provider must be assessed and disclosed before introduction. Providers and practices may change as the test product develops; this notice will be updated when material changes are introduced.
8. Storage, retention, and deletion
App records are retained to provide your saved account, progress history, and chosen social features. Account-scoped device drafts support recovery of unfinished activities. Optional photo objects are stored privately and are accessed through authorized links. Removing an image from a workout unlinks it; immediate erasure from all provider storage and backups should not be assumed.
You can use the available activity editing, deletion, sharing, and profile controls. For account access or deletion requests that are not available in the app, contact the operator. Retention varies by record type and provider. To ask about retention of a particular record, request account deletion, or clarify what deletion covers, contact support@aspira.community. Provider backups and operational records may remain subject to their retention processes.
9. Security and private testing
Aspira uses authentication and access controls to restrict private app information. No service can guarantee absolute security. This is an early test product; reliability, integrations, and data-handling workflows continue to be evaluated. Do not use it as the only copy of important training records.
10. Your choices
You can decline location permission and log manually, skip optional photos, choose whether to share an activity, manage available account and privacy settings, and contact the operator about access, correction, or deletion. Browser permissions can also be revoked through your device settings. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
11. Changes
This notice will be updated as the product, providers, and data handling change. Material new uses of fitness or location data require appropriate notice and permissions before those uses begin.
